About Us

Your village hall and recreation grounds

Burbage Village Hall and Recreation Grounds includes the hall, Barn Meadow and Red Lion Field, where the very successful Burbage & Eastern Royal Cricket Club currently resides.

The facilities are incorporated as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation which provides charitable status and to manage and protect them for the benefit of the local community. The hall is entirely self funded and receives no contributions from the Parish Council nor Wiltshire Council.

Did you know, not only can you rent the village hall, but also Barn Meadow for your events and/or groups?

Here on our website, you can enquire about casual or regular hire of any of the spaces. So if you need a venue, please get in touch.

Our Trustees & Volunteers

The Village Hall Charitable Incorporated Organisation is looked after by a group of Trustees, who  give their time as a team to help keep the facilities running and ensure the income generated by the hire is used to maintain them as a community asset within the village.

This wouldn't be possible without the support of several fantastic volunteers who work tirelessly to stay on top of the bookings, offer their advice to maintain Barn Meadow, help us staff the bar and support in numerous other ways. If you would like to contact the Trustees, or offer to join us as a volunteer to help, please contact us.
